InsideOut Media Consulting – Inside Knowledge offers industry specialists a sounding board when looking at career change, development, clarity, media representation or simply an objective point of view when the industry is evolving and you seem to be standing still.

Biography

Formed in May 2009 by Caroline Aitken, InsightOut Media is her own business, Caroline has been involved in the Broadcasting & Media arena for the last 20 years, originating in industry, TV & Radio before moving into consultancy, she set up and headed the Broadcast & Digital arm of the Career Moves Group for 11 years, her clients during this time included, BBC, Channel 4, Five, ITV, Discovery, Turner Broadcasting, MTV, DisneyLiving TV,  (part of the Virgin Group), Sky and NBC Universal.  InsideOut Media takes all of that experience and knowledge and offers 2 services, one is to offer advice, direction, career coaching and/or media representation to industry individuals who are looking to expand and grow their current position or improve their brand image and profile in the media.

The second is an outsourced HR consultancy/contract service to companies requiring HR Generalist and/or Recruitment expertise. Her qualifications cover HR, Recruitment and Business Strategy, her experience offers a wide industry social and business network, her knowledge covers all areas of broadcasting and media and a growing banking/financial services network.
